How it works

Day 0. The 60-minute kickoff. A live video call to lock your positioning statement and your offer, and to confirm the direction of your target list.

Days 1 to 5. I do the work. LinkedIn rebuild, capability one-pager, target organisation research, decision-maker research, and outreach drafted in your voice.

Day 5. Deliverables in your hands. Ready for you to deploy, or for me to send on your behalf.

Day 7 and beyond. The conversations start.

Conversation Coaching. A 60-minute call before your first client meeting. We rehearse it, agree the questions you'll ask, and the moves you'll make.

Day 30. The re-pivot call. A 60-minute call to adjust your positioning, offer, target list or outreach if the first conversations suggest a tweak.

Throughout. WhatsApp access for the questions in between.

About me

I'm Cheraine Escott. I have been an executive assistant, a real estate agency owner, a recruiter, a teacher across three countries, a university lecturer, and a startup founder. I have built businesses and closed them, including a startup that connected more than 8,000 professionals with employers across 119 countries. I now run a consultancy with clients worldwide.

I am teaching my method because I have tried enough things to know what actually works, and what does not. I have made the mistakes. You do not have to.
